    Job Description:
    As part of the Innovation & Technology Team the Helpdesk & Technical Sales Support in the CIS and Balcan Area will be Supporting the EE sales team to actively push dealers on selling PCI product range and approach MEGA dairies. The candidate will play a critical and exciting role in maximizing customer satisfaction through delivering industry-leading product and service in the CIS and Balcan area. The role will have the opportunity to work with other departments, challenge your skill sets and develop personal strengths to position the candidate for further advancement in the personal career.
    Key Responsibilities
    - Main point of contact for all PCI related queries and enquiries (Helpdesk, technical and commercial)
    - Support the team in presenting the product
    - Help the Sales Team on quotations
    - Dealer training
    - Support setting MEGA reference farms on PCI or Interface products (set up , settings, support)
    - Clarify technical questions
    - Complex PCI order verification before order entry in ERP System
    - Be the link between EE sales and Internal organization for technical questions (R&D)
    - Liaise with technical help desk to resolve customer operational issues
    - Managing Helpdesk & emergency spare process
     
    Experience/Qualifications desired
    - Two years + previous Helpdesk service experience
    - Must be PC literate, with strong skills in MS Excel & PPTX
    - Fluent in Russian and 2nd European language an advantage (English & Italia preferred)
    - ERP experience
    - Outstanding communication mainly in Russian Language and organizational skills
    - Logical problem solver
    - Ability to empathize with customers and provide a professional, meaningful and friendly response to their needs
